About us

Who we are

It all began with Ashley. She loved butterflies, unicorns, and rainbows.

When Ashley unexpectedly passed five days before Christmas in 2017, her three other brothers were there with her. For the days, weeks, months, and years that passed, they formed a close bond, working through the grief of loss. Every night, the three of them slept together in the same bedroom, even though they had their own rooms. Everything felt hard.

When an unexpected source of funds came to the family from the accident, the decision was made to set it all aside for the college education of her brothers. These funds became the first Miss Ashley Scholarship.

Our approach

Our Mission
Our mission is to support the goals and dreams of boys and girls who have lost siblings, first through college scholarships and later by other means. We want to help as many as possible by lifting the load.

Whether through scholarships or later through other supporting mechanisms like mental health, assisting with medical costs, providing training, or simply showing love, we want to help as many as possible. We are starting small with scholarships but hope to do more. We invite all to join us!

Our Vision
No child should bear the grief, confusion, and burden of the loss of a sibling alone. We aim to, in any small way, lift and support.

Our entire team wants to see boys and girls come away from tragedy with a ray of hope. Every child deserves a chance at a college education, and sometimes tragedy in a family limits their ability to achieve their dreams. We want to, in whatever small way, improve the chances that one day those children will look to their grief and the sweet memories of their siblings as a strength.
